Here's a site for Moore Pavement Solutions (it's just finished, but you can get an idea of one of our low-mid range sites; they plan to add more later). People often ask how fast we can get them "on-line". Moore cooperated fully with us and from the day they registered their dot-com name until the site was 99% finished with photos, fully-functional Emails & forms was only 4 days. How fast we can work depends on how fast you provide your info, but we are faster than 99% of the companies out there. 
The reason is simple: We know the pavement business, when you say "overlay" or "sealcoat" we know what you're talking about.

You get what you pay for. So-called "free" sites almost always have strings attached. Perhaps they display advertising on your site that you don't control and can't get rid of (a bad thing). Or they may require a long term commitment for some other service that's not a good deal. Often the free offers include domain name registrations at inflated prices.

With PavementWeb you get what you want. There's no penalty for moving a site you already have to our hosting or for hosting a site that we build somewhere else. You'll probably find our discounted package offers and superior service are your best deal, but if not, it's always your choice.

All our sites are built for you. When we are through you own it. There are no ads that you don't place on your site (and we don't recommend that you do). Also most free sites use templates that offer limited choices in colors and styles and often your text choices and use of photo's or other graphics are limited too. Your PavementWeb site is built the way you want it. Some of our least expensive sites start with base templates but we still customize them for each individual customer.
Also NEVER believe the claims that some one can get you a high search engine ranking or that those offers of "submitting your name to 100's of search engines" is a good deal. (Yahoo now charges $299 per year just to accept a submission from some types of commercial sites, with no guarantees on listings) No one can guarantee you a top search engine ranking. Many of the big search engines now sell those top spots at very high prices and those 100's of search engines will include foreign, educational, and other specialty engines that will never do you any good. We do free search engine submissions to the most popular search engines at no charge with sites we build and/or every domain we host and we do our best to optimize your rankings. That's all anyone can really do.

As much or as little as you want. We can do a "makeover" or suggest changes to your site. We can offer a hosting plan that's a better value than what you have now. We can help you get better search results. And we can offer you features that may not be available from your current host. Our servers are very reliable. If you have problems sometimes with your host you may find our reliability to be a big plus for you. Currently about 40% of our hosting customers moved to us from another host. With PavementWeb many services others charge for are included: Web mail, daily backup, auto-responders, superb support, and much more.

That's what we're here for. At a cost about equal to one or two small newspaper ads we can help you pick a dot-com name, register it to you, build your company a complete web site, and host it for an entire year. It's the best marketing investment dollar-for-dollar that you can make today. After the site's built the only recurring charge is for your domain name and hosting. Domain names are discounted if you pay for multiple years and hosting is only a few dollars a month. After you have a site of your own you can expect your costs to only be around $95 to $150 per year depending on your site's size and the hosting plan you choose. No other form of marketing offers so much for so little.

If you decide to "do it yourself" your cost for one year will be $107.40. Is there a better full-color multi-page advertisement you can get anywhere at that type cost? 

The National Pavement Contractors Association is a group of contractors working together for increased marketing benefits using the Internet and for the overall improvement of the pavement and pavement maintenance industry. They have developed a tremendous reputation for quality in the industry. Their benefits to members are only utilized to the fullest when members have web sites and use the Internet for marketing and as a customer of ours we work with their members at a discount so their members get the maximum 1-2 punch when customer come looking on their high-traffic search.

They also provide numerous discount benefits for Ford & Dodge trucks, insurance, equipment, tools, etc, to their members through various companies and dealers. We are the provider of discounted web site related benefits to their members. The relationship offers us a unique marketing opportunity to their members and provides their members with the added benefit of our full range of services at even lower prices than our normal low rates. Their members are not required to use the benefit of our services unless they choose to.

These days there are literally hundreds if not thousands of "too good to be true" hosting offers out there. Some bargain "hosts" are actually just people hosting sites on home PCs on regular DSL or cable connections. Some are hosted overseas in places like Panama, Russia or China, or worse.

Our servers are minimum DUAL Quad-Core Xeon CPUs with 8GB DDR2 ECC RAM and SCSI Hard Drives in RAID 0 for maximum speed. And we have our OWN servers.

PavementWeb and NewIdeaHost are actually the same thing and PavementWeb came first. (sometimes customers are confuused when they see NewIdeaHost)

But when we kept having requests to host non-pavement sites we started NewIdea. Since the billing & other server software is so expensive we could only practically pay for one copy so billing & customer service is done through NewIdeaHost.com but it's still the same as PavementWeb.
Our New Idea name was from the new idea of offering the same superior service we offered to pavement customers for years, to the rest of the world. And the "regular" site customers we host love our service-we host no porn or any other "fishy" type sites so we don't get the problems associated with those type sites & the people that run them.

Our hosting plans are very competitive with any plans anywhere in the legitimate hosting industry.  Our hardware is located in a first-class data center with full power backup, full time security, clean-cool filtered air systems and even earthquake, fire, flood, and wind protection (Equinix-also the home of over a dozen Fortune 500 companies). And our datacenter provides multiple-redundant top lever Tier 3 access to the Internet backbone for the fastest possible response.

At PavementWeb we offer our unique: "Total Support" Customer Care
"Total Support" means just that. We help customers everyday with problems most web companies would charge for. We realize 98% of our customers are contractors without technology staff to handle every little issue that comes along. Recently one of our customers wanted a separate Email account & address for each of their 3 salespeople. They were amazed that we had it all done and working while they were on the phone in less than 5 minutes.
One thing we cannot reasonably promise at our extreme value pricing is have a staff large enough to be "on-call" 24-7-365 as they say. (We do sleep at times and occasionally have to go out for more coffee) However we always respond as quickly as possible, and because of the 99.9% uptime reliability of our system most of our support calls are for simple things like adding a web page or changing something on a site like adding an e-mail which are easily handled at little or no charge. Customers may contact us by support ticket system, Email, or telephone.
99.9% of all support requests are resolved within 24 hours or less, the majority in 30 minutes to 4 hours. We are available even early, late, and on holidays and weekends.
There is no charge for Total Support unless we get into a great deal of time (in one case we had to completely rebuild a web site that a customer had created himself then accidentally fouled totally up). Even in such extreme cases we will give you an estimate before hand if you need such major assistance. Minimum for this type of "unusual" support is $10.00 per incident, normal upgrades to sites are billed at $50 per hour and there is only a 15 minute minimum ($12.50).
Remember this: Since we have no contracts obligating our clients to stay with us, we must keep all of our customers satisfied as our way of doing business.
